If you’re having issues with your beard flaking and irritation this brush is a must have. I struggle with flaking and irritation for several years. I’ve used beard oils and shampoos and saw little to no improvements. However, my niece who is in the skin care business suggested I use a good beard scrub and a pig-hair bristle brush. After following her advice I no longer experience beard irritation or flaking. This has been a game changer! It’s a must-have for anyone with a beard. Keep in mind, it’s a bristle brush so it’s not going to be silky-soft!!!

This set has everything you need to physically care for your beard! The bristles of the brush seem very high quality and the handle is easy to hold. The first few uses showed only a couple of loose bristles and the comb, while small, still does well at finishing the beard smoothly. The scissors are more than adequate but not professional level. That’s certainly to be expected at this price point and doesn’t get in the way of a solid recommendation.

I love this beard brush. Extremely durable and easy to use. Makes my beard much less messy without yanking out my beard hairs like other brushes. Bristles are nice and stiff. Works well to straighten out my beard to a manageable level.

Despite some negative reviews, I took a swing and am glad I did. The brush has held up very well, no issues with bristles falling out as some have mentioned. It is a course brush, which is necessary for beard hair. The wood comb is actually quite nice, albeit a bit small. The scissors are cheap, but they work well for the purpose they are intended. Would give 5 stars iif the wood comb was an inch or so larger, and if the scissors were a bit higher quality. But for the price, this is a pretty darn good set.
